With private banquet facilities available at both locations, The Abbey Grill also provides full service catering at any location and for variety of functions. We provide a wide range of services and great custom made menus for your breakfast meeting, lunch at the office, your wedding reception or anniversary at your house. Our professional and experienced staff will set up for your function as you request or just bring the food to your location. We provide options as simple as a pool side party or as formal as a complete wedding package. We even provide tables, chairs and plate ware to meet your specification. All You Care to Eat Buffets include your choice of Caesar salad or crisp garden salad topped with ranch dressing, fresh baguette bread, soft drinks, tea and coffee. All selections from our bar will be charged as needed in addition to buffet prices. Many Appetizers are available for a nominal fee. PRIME RIB AND CHICKEN The Abbey's house specialty, Smoked-Chile Crusted Prime Ribeye coated with a wonderful combination of Chile pepper spices and smoked to bring out a very unique flavor which is recognized as the best in Texas (We use only Certified Black Angus Beef, the best on the market). We will combine a spread of hand carved prime rib, smoked chicken quarters in bar-b-q sauce or grilled boneless skinless chicken breast, fresh steamed seasonal vegetables,and roasted dill new potatoes for this special occasion dinner. SMOKED MEATS You may chose to have two, three, or four fresh smoked meats on this buffet. SOUTHWESTERN PASTA BUFFET The Abbey Texas Café is well recognized for our selection of homemade fresh southwestern pasta dishes. Our signature pasta dish, Roasted pepper chicken pasta, is a combination of roasted red pepper and jalapeno flavored penne pasta, spiced chicken breast strips, and sautéed peppers in a wine butter sauce. A choice of one of our wonderful southwestern lasagna,Vegetarian or Chicken and Spinach, accompany the roasted pepper chicken pasta for this excellent buffet. $14.95 per person

Our homemade apple, cherry, or pecan pie is served on a sizzling hot skillet with brandy butter sauce and vanilla ice cream. If the sizzle does not impress you, the smell will!! $4.00 per slice Delicious homemade blackberry, apple, or peach cobbler served a la mode. $2.50 per person

A variety of fresh cheesecakes, flavored ice creams,sherbets, or frozen yogurt desserts are available upon your request. We offer great flexibility with these buffet selections. You may add additional dishes to any of the above choices, delete any dish, or custom make a buffet spread to meet your needs. A final guaranteed number of guest must be furnished to The Abbey Grill 72 hours prior to the event time to insure quality service to your party. Sales tax (8.25%) and gratuity (18%) will be added to the final food tab. We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking, and is refundable only if you cancel the party seven days from the date of your party. If payment is made with cash or check 3% will be deducted from the food amount. All above buffets are available for service at any time.
